Vivek is the co-founder and CEO of Mixx Technologies. With over 20 years in the semiconductor industry, he’s launched groundbreaking products, including the first co-packaged optics at Broadcom and a silicon photonics transceiver at Intel. Holding seven patents, Vivek is an internationally recognized expert in silicon photonics and advanced packaging, advising the U.S. Department of Energy’s ARPA-E program, IEEE steering committee for photonics, the India Semiconductor Mission, and the Semiconductor Research Council’s MAPT program, shaping the future of semiconductor technologies. His cross-ecosystem leadership bridges national policy, deep-tech commercialisation, and foundational R&D, accelerating the industry’s optical transition. At Mixx, his mission is to build scalable, reliable, and manufacturable optical infrastructure that forms the backbone of the next era of AI.

BC, as he is more commonly known, has more than 45 years of semiconductor industry experience. BC was formerly Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Broadcom Inc. In this position he was responsible for managing worldwide manufacturing, outsourcing procurement and logistics, planning and quality programs. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Xilinx (acquired by AMD), where he was responsible for all worldwide plant operations, supply chain processes, inventory controls, as well as contract electronic component manufacturers. Prior to Xilinx, BC had a long career at Intel Corp. where he also held a variety of management positions. His expertise is centered on scaling and optimizing complex global supply chains and high-volume manufacturing processes.

Matthew Gould joined ICM in 2018. He is the Portfolio Manager of the ICM HPQC Fund and the Head of Emerging Technology at ICM Limited and is responsible for ICM's quantum endeavour. Matthew has experience across a range of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, and Fintech. Prior to joining ICM, he was CEO of Arria NLG, a publicly traded AI software company in London. Matthew was with Hewlett Packard (HP) from 2001 to 2009 where he led the Asia-Pac Emerging Technologies practice, before transferring to Silicon Valley as the Chief Strategy Officer for HP’s Professional Services division. Matthew was also on HP America’s M&A committee and had a role in identifying and qualifying acquisition targets. Matthew has degrees in Theology & Comparative Religion (Hons), and Literary Theory (Hons) from Canterbury University, and an MBA, Finance and Corporate Strategy from Otago University in 1995. He is a registered financial advisor and member of the Institute of Directors, New Zealand.

Mahesh Karanth is a seasoned Silicon Valley CFO with more than 30 years of experience guiding high-growth technology and semiconductor companies. He has taken two companies public on the NYSE, led the successful acquisition of two others by global multinationals, and built finance organizations capable of supporting scale from startup to global operations. Mahesh’s expertise spans IPO readiness, M&A, venture financing, and strategic partnerships, and he brings a deep understanding of how to structure and accelerate complex businesses. He has raised significant capital, managed large cross-functional initiatives, and established international operations across markets including China and India. With multiple master’s degrees and CPA credentials, Mahesh combines strong financial discipline with a pragmatic, execution-focused leadership style—making him a key driver of Mixx’s long-term growth and strategic direction.

Raghu Panicker is a prominent part of the Indian semiconductor industry. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kaynes SemiCon, a subsidiary of Kaynes Technology India Limited, where he is responsible for leading the setup and operation of the OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) / ATMP (Assembly, Test, Marking, and Packaging) plant and managing the business. Raghu is an Electronics and Communication engineer with over 32 years of experience across various industries, roles, and multi-geographic locations. He began his career at Semiconductor Complex Ltd. (SCL) and later served as the Country Manager for Mentor Graphics (now Siemens EDA) for 20 years. Before joining Kaynes, he spent two years with Tessolve Semiconductor running their APAC business. His current work is deeply involved in strengthening India's semiconductor ecosystem, including leading a joint venture to build a world-class OSAT hub, aligning with the "Make in India" initiative.
